The videos I’ve shared recently have generated quite a bit of interest, particularly regarding š”šØš° š š¦šš¢š§ššš¢š§ š¦š² fš¢šš§šš¬š¬ š„ššÆšš„ šš šš. Let me be transparent about what this actually involves.
Fš¢š«š¬š, ššØš§š¬š¢š¬ššš§šš² šš«š®š¦š©š¬ š¢š§ššš§š¬š¢šš² ššÆšš«š² š¬š¢š§š š„š šš¢š¦š. The days of sporadic, extremely intense workouts are behind me. Instead, I focus on daily movement, whether it’s swimming laps, strength training, or mobility work. This consistent approach has kept me injury-free and maintained my energy levels throughout long teaching days.
šš² š”šØš¦š šš«šš¢š§š¢š§š š«šØš®šš¢š§š, which some of you have seen in my recent posts, focuses on functional movements that directly support my work as a swimming instructor. The plank-to-pushup variations I perform aren’t just for show – they build the core stability and upper body strength I need to demonstrate proper swimming technique repeatedly throughout the day.

šš”š š¦šš§ššš„ šš¬š©ššš šØf fš¢šš§šš¬š¬ šš šš”š¢š¬ šš š ššš§š§šØš šš š®š§ššš«š¬ššššš. I’m no longer training to impress others or chase arbitrary fitness goals. Every workout has a purpose: maintaining the physical capacity to be an effective instructor, setting a positive example for my students, and preserving my long-term health.
