Frontcrawl first 4 steps

1: Lift your shoulders all the way up. (Focus on shrugging for initial body position/engagement)

2: Raise your arms straight out to shoulder height. (Arm recovery and entry preparation)

3: bend elbow (90-110°), fingertips down in line. (The catch phase, setting up the pull)

4: Pull straight back, thumb to thigh. (The initial power phase of the pull)
