After going through various listings about private swim coaches in bangkok, I chose Mr Tony to coach my little girl of 4 yrs old and I must say it was one of my best decisions. 
KTeacher Tony' as my daughter him is very professional and easy going at the same time. He takes each lesson as it comes and doesn't force anything on the kids. He is extremely patient and loving- kids become fond of him instantly.  After taking lessons from him my daughter loves water and looks forward to her swimming lessons. I cannot recommend him highly enough .
