Carefull!

One of my clients from Korea contacted a coach I had to let go due to multiple instances of theft. I realized that you cannot change a thief, which is why I decided to terminate his services. He falsely claimed to my client that he was no longer working for me but offered to teach her again for the same rate.

My client found it quite disturbing to hear him say that, and she subsequently blocked him. I advised her that she was fortunate, as he could have easily disappeared with her payment for lessons, and unfortunately, Swimming Bangkok would not have any responsibility in that case.

To ensure your peace of mind, it's crucial to choose a reputable company rather than a freelance coach. A company has a vested interest in maintaining its reputation and is less likely to run off with your money—unless they are willing to jeopardize their standing. We proudly maintain a five-star rating and are committed to preserving it.

In my early days, I made the mistake of allowing coaches to handle payments, which led to a few unfortunate situations where I had to refund customers. I’ve learned my lesson quickly, and now we prioritize the security of our clients' investments.

If you wish to resume lessons after a break, please always contact the owner directly. We cannot be held liable if a coach absconds with money or engages in any other misconduct
