"I have always been able to swim, but after a long number of years I have forgotten how to do freestyle properly. Within a few lessons Tony had taught me the correct techniques for freestyle, breast stroke and back stroke and clearly explained the reasons for all the moves. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone who wants to learn to swim, or improve their technique, he is courteous, flexible and professional in every way".
